A British Guy Travels Throughout Pakistan to Learn its Culture and to Become a Part of it

George is a British national journalist who wanted to become a Pakistani. Geo Channel granted him three months and full freedom to go anywhere in Pakistan and do whatever he likes and told him that he was on his own and they would help him achieve his goals whatever he likes. Following are complete 60 episodes of the program and his journey throughout the country. In the end 65% people of Pakistan voted in favor of him that George can become a Pakistani citizen. This is an amazing story of a British guy who wanted to learn Pakistani culture and wanted to live in Pakistan.

George Fulton is a Pakistan-based British television journalist and producer. Fulton was working for the BBC when he travelled to Karachi, Pakistan, to launch a BBC produced political talk show on Pakistani politics called Question Time Pakistan. Following which he produced BBC’s Hard Talk Pakistan. He was then offered to do a reality show, George Ka Pakistan, by Pakistan’s Geo TV based on his experiences in Pakistan. During the show which was a success, he married a Pakistani, Kiran.

George soon left Geo TV for another Pakistani TV channel, Aaj TV, where he launched Pakistan’s version of Have I Got News For You, called News, Views & Confused. He produced and scripted the show’s first season, before moving on to produce Aaj TV’s morning show, Kiran Aur George with his wife. Both also host the show.

Ratatouille is a traditional French vegetable dish, originating in Nice. The full name of the dish is ratatouille nicoise. The word ratatouille comes from Occitan ratatolha and the recipe comes from Occitan cuisine. Ratatouille is usually served as a side dish, but also may be served as a meal on its own (accompanied by rice or bread). Tomatoes are a key ingredient, with garlic, onions, courgettes (zucchini), aubergine (eggplant), bell peppers (poivron), carrot, marjoram and basil, or bay leaf and thyme, or a mix of green herbs like herbes de Provence. There is much debate on how to make a traditional ratatouille. One method is to simply saute all of the vegetables together. Some cooks, including Julia Child, insist on a layering approach, where the aubergine and the courgettes are sauteed separately, while the tomatoes, onion, garlic and bell peppers are made into a sauce. The ratatouille is then layered in a casserole – aubergine, courgettes, tomato/pepper mixture – then baked in an oven. Let’s watch how to prepare ratatouille.
