BIRMINGHAM Post motoring correspondent Ed Stephens test drives the brand new C1 Evie which is being hailed as the way forward for city motoring. The car takes six hours using a simple domestic socket to be charged and saves a lot of money as you dont have to pay tax and you do not need fuel.
